Actress Sydney Sweeney plays pickleball in New York City
Add actress Sydney Sweeney to the ever-growing list of notable celebrities who spend their downtime playing pickleball.
Footage of Sweeney competing at Life Time in New York City was captured by Pickleballtv analyst and "Coach to the Stars" Matt Manasse on Tuesday.
“Good strokes,” he remarked while filming Sweeney warming up for a potential mixed doubles match on a neighboring court.

This was clearly not Sweeney’s first time enjoying America’s fastest-growing sport — and as a Washington State native, she practically has the game in her blood.
Sweeney, 28, has been in Manhattan promoting her upcoming film The Housemaid, which is set to be released next week. It also stars Amanda Seyfried, Brandon Sklenar, Michele Morrone and Elizabeth Perkins.
Based on the book by Freida McFadden, the movie follows Millie Calloway (Sweeney), a woman with a criminal past seeking a fresh start, who becomes a live-in housemaid for the wealthy, seemingly perfect Winchester family.
Manasse also indicated that Sweeney is currently filming a movie in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of the Big Apple.
"She’s very good!" he replied to a comment on his Instagram post. "Maybe she’ll make a pickleball movie soon."
We fully support it.
