Use PT's Collection / Escrow Service, which allows PT to collect payments on your behalf using PT's own Stripe account. This option carries an additional $5 per player Escrow Service Fee. See How to Use the PT Collection / Escrow Service.
Before you can collect online registration payments in Pickleball Tournaments (PT), you need to connect a Stripe account. Stripe is set up at the Club level first, then activated for each individual tournament. This two-step process ensures the correct Club's Stripe account is connected to each event.
You only need to connect Stripe to a Club once. After that, any tournament you create under that Club can activate the same Stripe account.
If you manage more than one Club, make sure you select the correct Club's Stripe account. You only have access to Stripe accounts connected to Clubs where you are listed as a manager.

No. Stripe must be connected at the Club level before it can be activated in a tournament. Go to Manage Club → Checkout Options to connect Stripe first.
You'll need to activate it separately for each tournament. The Club-level connection only needs to be done once — after that, the Click to Activate step in each tournament takes just a few seconds.
