If your USAP membership is set to expire before an upcoming sanctioned tournament and you need to renew early, you may need to cancel your automatic renewal first. USAP's autorenewal processes on your membership's original renewal date, which may be too late for tournament registration. Cancelling autorenewal lets you renew immediately so your membership is active in time. All membership changes happen on the USAP website, not on Pickleball.com.
This situation typically comes up when:
In this case, you need to cancel autorenewal so you can manually renew your membership right now, before the tournament registration deadline.
Your membership is now renewed and active. The updated expiration date should sync to Pickleball.com within a few hours, allowing you to register for your sanctioned tournament.
If your membership is not set to autorenewal, you can renew directly without needing to cancel anything first. Log in to usapickleball.org, go to your Individual Membership, and click Renew. Follow the checkout prompts to complete payment.
NoteAfter renewing on the USAP website, your updated membership status syncs to Pickleball.com automatically within a few hours. If it hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact us at support@pickleball.com.
