If \u003Cb\u003EDue\u003C/b\u003E is higher than \u003Cb\u003EPaid\u003C/b\u003E, you have players who haven\u0027t paid yet, or you\u0027ve manually added a player and applied a discount or recorded an offline payment we couldn\u0027t collect.
