# How to Add a Logo to Your Club

To add or update your [Club's logo](/72000627452-how-do-i-become-a-member-of-a-club?) in [Pickleball Clubs (PC)](https://www.pickleballclubs.com), go to Edit Organization and upload a Full Logo (up to 800×400px) and, optionally, an Abbreviated Logo (up to 55×55px) for smaller layouts. This guide covers the file requirements for each and how to upload them.

## Before You Begin

- You must be signed in as the **primary manager**, an Owner, or a manager with **Can Edit Club** permission.
- Have your logo files ready in a supported format (SVG, PNG, or JPG) and within the size and file-size limits listed below.
- You must own or have the rights to any logo you upload — the upload panel links to Pickleball.com's image upload policy for details.

## How to access your Club's logo settings

1. Log into your Club account on Pickleball.com.
2. Click **Manage** in the upper right corner.
3. In the left-hand menu, click **Edit** (Edit Organization).
4. Scroll to find the **Logo** section.

## Full Logo

- **File type:** SVG, PNG, or JPG
- **Max dimensions:** 800px × 400px
- **Max file size:** 2 MB

In the Full Logo upload box, click **Click to upload** or drag and drop your file, then click **Save**.

## Abbreviated Logo

- **File type:** SVG, PNG, or JPG
- **Max dimensions:** 55px × 55px
- **Max file size:** 2 MB

Click **Click to upload** or drag and drop your abbreviated logo into the smaller upload box, then click **Save**.

> **Note:** Because the Abbreviated Logo is displayed at 55×55 pixels, use a simple, high-contrast mark — a monogram or icon works better than your full wordmark at that size. If you don't upload an abbreviated logo, some layouts will fall back to the full logo, which may look cramped.

Both logo boxes have a **Reset** button below them that reverts the field to its previous state before you save.

Once saved, your new logo appears across your Club's public page, and the Abbreviated Logo (if uploaded) appears in smaller UI spots like avatars and condensed navigation.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do I have to upload both a Full and Abbreviated logo?

No. Only the Full Logo is required for your Club to look complete. The Abbreviated Logo is optional but strongly recommended — without it, smaller UI elements will use a scaled-down version of your Full Logo, which often looks cramped or hard to read.

### What sizes should I upload my logos at?

Full Logo: up to 800 × 400 pixels. Abbreviated Logo: up to 55 × 55 pixels. Both accept SVG, PNG, or JPG, with a 2 MB file-size cap. SVGs scale cleanly at any size and are generally the best choice if you have one.
