This guide covers adding a sponsor, filling in optional details, and moving sponsors between Active and Inactive. ## Watch a video walkthrough Starts at 3:36: *** ## Before You Begin - You must be signed in as the **primary manager**, an Owner, or a manager with **Can Edit Club** permission. - Have the sponsor's logo file ready in a supported format (SVG, PNG, or JPG) and within the size and file-size limits below. - You must own or have the rights to any sponsor image you upload — the upload panel links to Pickleball.com's image upload policy for details. *** ## How to access Sponsors 1. Log into your Club account on Pickleball.com. 2. Click **Manage** in the upper right corner. 3. In the left-hand menu, click **Edit** (Edit Organization). 4. Scroll down to the **Sponsors** tab. Sponsors are organized into two tabs: **Active** (shown on your public Club page) and **Inactive** (kept on file but not displayed publicly). You can move sponsors between the two at any time. *** ## How to add a sponsor 1. On the Sponsors tab, click **+ Add New Sponsor**. 2. Select the sponsor's **Level** from the dropdown (this controls how prominently they appear on your Club page). 3. Upload the sponsor logo:• **File type:** SVG, PNG, or JPG• **Max dimensions:** 300px × 160px• **Max file size:** 2 MB 4. Fill in any of the following optional fields:• **Title** (up to 100 characters) — the sponsor's name• **URL** (up to 120 characters) — where clicking the sponsor logo takes visitors• **Amount** — sponsorship dollar amount, for your internal records• **Tagline** (up to 120 characters) — a short description shown alongside the logo 5. Click **Save**. > **Note:** None of the sponsor detail fields (Title, URL, Amount, Tagline) are required — you can save a sponsor with just the level and logo. But adding a Title and URL is recommended so visitors can click through to the sponsor's website. Once saved, the sponsor appears under the **Active** tab and starts showing on your Club's public page. *** ## Moving a sponsor to Inactive (or back to Active) On the Sponsors screen, find the sponsor you want to move. Sponsors on the **Active** tab can be moved to **Inactive** to hide them from your public Club page without deleting the record. Inactive sponsors can be moved back to Active whenever you want them shown again. The sponsor's record — logo, title, URL, amount, tagline, level — stays intact either way. *** ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Can I have as many sponsors as I want? Yes — there's no cap on the number of sponsors you can add. Use the Level dropdown to control how prominently each one appears on your public Club page. ### What happens if I move a sponsor to Inactive? The sponsor's record is preserved (logo, title, URL, amount, tagline, level) but they're hidden from your public Club page. Use Inactive for expired sponsorships you want to keep on file, or seasonal sponsors you plan to reactivate later. ### Is the sponsor Amount field public? No. The Amount field is for your internal records only — it doesn't appear on the public Club page. It's useful for tracking sponsorship revenue in one place. ### Can I edit a sponsor after saving? Yes. From the Sponsors screen, click into any existing sponsor to update the logo, level, title, URL, amount, or tagline.
