# How to Add and Manage Locations for Your Club

To add a location for your [Pickleball Clubs (PC)](https://www.pickleballclubs.com) organization, go to Club Admin, open Edit Organization → Locations, click Add New Location, fill in the venue details, and click Save.

Once saved, the location is available to attach to services, schedules, and reservations across your club.

Starts at 2:45:

2. Enter a **Venue Name** (for example, the name of the facility).
3. Optionally enter an **Alt Name** — useful if this venue has multiple areas, like Gym 1, Gym 2, or Gym 3. Leave it blank if you're not using it.
4. Enter the **Full address** and select it from the suggested results.
5. Choose the **Surface Type**, **Play Area Type**, and **Net Type** that match this location.
6. Select the **No. of Courts** at this location, if known.

8. Toggle on **Parking Fee** if parking costs money, and add details in **Parking Info**.
9. Click **Save**.

## Set a primary location

Toggle **Is Primary** on for the location that best represents your club — this is the address used by default across your club's listings.

> **Note:** Use Copy on an existing location to quickly duplicate its details when adding a similar venue — handy for clubs with multiple courts or gyms that share the same address and setup.

***

## Manage Active and Inactive locations

Locations are organized into two tabs:

- **Active** — locations currently in use by your club.
- **Inactive** — locations you're no longer using but want to keep on file rather than delete.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can I add more than one location?

Yes. Click + Add New Location as many times as you need for clubs with multiple courts, gyms, or facilities.

### What happens if I mark a new location as Is Primary?

The new location becomes your club's default address, and any previous primary location is automatically unmarked.

### What's the difference between an Inactive location and a deleted one?

Marking a location Inactive removes it from active use while keeping its details on file, so you can reactivate it later without re-entering everything.
