This guide lists every feature and fee across all four Club plans in a single table, and covers what to expect for other product fee plans (leagues, tournaments, etc.). *** ## Before you begin - You must be signed in as the **primary manager**, an Owner, or a manager with **Can Edit Club** permission. - **A fee plan is only applied after you've added a payment method to the organization.** Selecting a plan without a payment method on file won't activate it. - Each product has its own fee plan - on the Fee Plans screen you'll see a drop-down for **Clubs**, **Leagues**, **Team Leagues**, and **Tournaments**. *** ## How to access Fee Plans 1. Log into your Club account on [Pickleball.com](https://pickleball.com/). 2. Click **Manage** in the upper right corner. 3. In the left-hand menu, click **Edit** (Edit Organization). 4. Scroll to and click the **Fee Plans** tab. 5. Choose the product you'd like to choose a fee plan for and click "View Plans". 6. Click on the "Select" button to choose your fee plan. *** ## Club fee plans at a glance Clubs currently have four fee plans. The Digital Fee Plan is the default fee plan assigned to all new clubs. Yes. The Fee Plans screen shows the note *"Fee plans will be applied only after adding payment methods to this organization."* If you select a plan before adding a payment method, the selection won't take effect until the payment method is on file. ### What's the difference between the Digital and Basic plans? Digital is Pickleball.com's free starting tier — it covers baseline Stripe processing only, with no built-in emails, texting, push notifications, or member-management tools. Basic ($39/mth) adds emailing (including to all event participants) and makes your Club eligible for the DailyStory marketing integration. ### What is DailyStory and why would I want the integration? [DailyStory](https://www.dailystory.com/use-cases/pickleball/) is a full-suite digital marketing platform that Pickleball.com uses as its own marketing engine and is also available to all Pickleball.com play providers. Connecting a DailyStory account brings in **all of your event and player data,** unlocks pre-designed email templates and automations along with other advanced digital marketing tools built-in like text messaging, push notifications, landing pages, attributions, list building, polls, loyalty programs, reporting and more. There are two separate charges to be aware of: Pickleball.com charges a **$75/month integration fee** on the Basic and Business plans (included at no extra cost on Enterprise), and DailyStory **separately bills you for its own marketing platform based on your contact volume, starting at $100/month.** Contact support@dailystory.com for more information about DailyStory or support@pickleball.com about plan information. ### Can I switch fee plans later? Yes. From Edit Organization → Fee Plans, use the Clubs upgrade your plan. Your feature access adjusts to the new plan going forward. ### What are Stripe transaction fees? Stripe is the payment processor Pickleball.com uses to handle credit and debit card payments. Stripe charges a **2.9% percentage fee** plus a **$0.30 per-transaction fee** on every card payment your Club receives — the same rate across all four fee plans. These fees are set by Stripe, not Pickleball.com. ### Are the additional texting and push notification fees per message? No — they're billed in blocks of 1,000: **$25 per 1,000 texts** and **$1 per 1,000 push notifications**, which works out to roughly $0.025 per text and $0.001 per push notification. On the **Business** plan, push notifications include 5,000 per month before block pricing kicks in, while texts have no included monthly allotment, so every text is billed at $25 per 1,000. On the **Enterprise** plan, texting and push notifications are included. Enterprise adds Sanction Body management (an additional $99/month) and includes the DailyStory integration at no extra monthly fee, versus $75/month on Basic and Business. ### If I want to manage members and charge special member pricing for events what plan do I have to choose? To manage members and have the ability to charge special pricing for members and a different price for non-members, you must be on the Business or Enterprise Plan. ### How do I downgrade my plan? You must contact Customer Support at support@pickleball.com to downgrade. No refunds are given for downgraded plans. ### Can I cancel a plan and get a refund? You may cancel and still have access until the next billing cycle.
