# How to Set Up Organization Ratings for Your Club

Organization Ratings is where you turn on and configure Club Ratings for your [Pickleball Clubs (PC)](https://www.pickleballclubs.com) club — choosing which matches count and where a new member's starting rating comes from.

By the end of this article, you'll know how to find the Organization Ratings settings and what each option does.

## Before You Begin

- You must be signed in as the primary manager, an Owner, or a manager with Can Edit Club permission.
- Club Ratings are only available on Business and Enterprise fee plans. See How to Choose a Fee Plan for Your Club if you need to upgrade first.

## Access Organization Ratings

1. From your club dashboard, go to **Edit Organization** in the left menu, then click **Edit Info**.
2. Scroll down to the **Organization Ratings** section.
3. Set **Ratings to use** to **Club Only Ratings (WPR Rating Algorithm)** to turn on Club Ratings and reveal the rest of the settings below.

## Configure your rating settings

- **Ratings to use** — set to Club Only Ratings (WPR Rating Algorithm) to calculate ratings from matches within your club.
- **Min winning score accepted** — the minimum winning score a match must reach to count toward ratings.
- **ONLY Count games where ALL players are organization members?** — when on, a match only counts toward ratings if every player in it is a member of your club.
- **Include Coed Games** — when on, coed (mixed-gender) matches count toward ratings alongside same-gender matches.
- **Get new member start rating from** — choose where a new member's starting rating comes from: **Self - From Player Profile**, **DUPR**, or **World Pickleball Rating (WPR)**.

> **Note:** This screen controls how Club Ratings are calculated for your club, not what Club Ratings are or how the underlying algorithm works. See How do Club Ratings Work in Pickleball Clubs (PC)? for a full explanation.

## FAQs

### What happens if I turn off "ONLY Count games where ALL players are organization members"?

Matches that include players who aren't members of your club can also count toward Club Ratings, not just matches played entirely among your members.

### Can I change these settings after Club Ratings are already running?

Yes. Return to Edit Organization → Edit Info → Organization Ratings at any time to adjust these settings.

### What's the difference between the three starting rating sources?

Self - From Player Profile uses the self-rating a member entered on their own profile. DUPR pulls their existing DUPR rating. World Pickleball Rating (WPR) pulls their existing WPR. Whichever you choose becomes the baseline a new member's Club Rating starts from before match results begin adjusting it.
