# How Tournament Billing Works in PT

Your [Pickleball Tournaments (PT)](https://www.pickleballtournaments.com/) fees appear in the Dashboard of your tournament's admin area, and are charged after the tournament is completed and locked — not on a monthly cycle like other products.

***

## Before You Begin

- You must be signed in as the tournament director or a manager with billing access.
- Every tournament requires a payment method on file at setup.

## Where to Find Your Tournament Invoice

1. Log into your tournament's admin area on Pickleball.com.
2. Open the **Dashboard**.
3. Review the fees breakdown showing your Due and Paid totals.

## How Tournament Fees Are Charged

Tournaments are billed differently than other products: a one-time setup fee at creation, per-event service fees collected from players at registration (if Stripe is connected), and any remaining balance charged to your card on file once the tournament is completed and locked.

For the full breakdown of when each charge happens — including the $250 balance threshold and non-Stripe tournaments — see [How and When a Tournament Is Charged](https://pickleball.com/docs/en/72000646226-how-and-when-a-tournament-is-charged).

> **Warning:** If tournament fees go unpaid, Pickleball.com can disable your tournament until the balance is resolved.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Where do I find my Tournament's invoice?

Open the **Dashboard** in your tournament's admin area to see your Due and Paid totals.

### Are Tournament fees billed monthly like other products?

No. Tournament fees are tied to the tournament itself — charges happen at setup, at registration, and when the tournament is completed and locked, not on the 1st of the month.
