Prices prevailing at the time of shipment will apply on all orders and are subject to change without notice. Possession of this price list does not constitute an offer. Pickle-Ball® Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all orders.


We gladly accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To pay by credit card, please call 1.800.377.9915. Resellers may establish terms with Pickle-Ball® Inc. by sending requests to dealers@pickleballwholesale.com


Our UPS/FedEx Ground shipping costs are determined by geographical zone from Seattle, WA. Pickle-Ball® Inc.’s policy is to prepay the UPS/FedEx ground computer generated shipping cost and add it to your invoice. We do not add-on additional handling fees for shipping. We ship orders within 2 business days via UPS/FedEx prepaid and add the charges to your invoice.

In stock orders received before 1:00PM PST are shipped same day. Pickle-Ball® Inc. does its best to ship orders complete, but in some cases, we may need to backorder items from an order. In this case, we will ship all available merchandise and back order the remaining items unless otherwise directed. Orders will be invoiced once all items have shipped.

All backorders will be automatically shipped when product becomes available unless otherwise cancelled. Backorder completion dates are estimates only. Every reasonable effort will be made to complete your order in a timely fashion.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Pickle-Ball® Inc.’s delivery dates are estimates only and Pickle-Ball® Inc. is not liable for delays in delivery.


We gladly accept special orders with common conditions. All merchandise that is special ordered must be prepaid and no returns will be accepted. Delivery time will be determined by Pickle-Ball® Inc. at the time of order. Special order requests must be made in writing to orders@pickleball.com


Pickle-Ball® Inc. products represent excellent engineering, quality and workmanship and are designed to provide the user with outstanding performance, value and durability. The “life” of Pickle-Ball® Inc. products will vary according to the playing habits of the individual user. Pickle-Ball® Inc. warrants all paddles to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials arising from normal play for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Bags/Covers are warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase, and Nets/Sets for 60 days from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, Pickle-Ball® Inc. will solely, at it’s discretion, provide repair or replacement for the product. Any product, which shows signs of abuse or alteration by anyone other than Pickle-Ball® Inc., will invalidate this warranty. 


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Pickle-Ball® Inc. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item within 30 days of purchase, please call us at 1-800.377.9915 to arrange a return or exchange. Please include your order number and name inside the package. We recommended sending your item by a traceable method as we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.

According to the major small package carriers, the moment you sign for your packages, you are accepting packages without damage. Therefore;

DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES - If needed, inspect packages with your carrier present to determine if any items were damaged in transportation. Damage claims can only be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damaged packages with damaged goods should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery

Please inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise, immediately noting any damage. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Pickle-Ball® Inc. immediately at 1.800.377.9915.


If a paddle fails due to materials or workmanship within 1 year of the purchase date, Pickle-Ball® Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product after it has been returned. Contact Pickle-Ball® Inc. at 1.800.377.9915 to arrange a warranty return.
