Yes. Tournament Directors can override event capacity limits and place a player directly into a full event. The full event status will be shown during event selection, and you'll have the option to override or add to the waitlist.
You can manually add a player to your tournament in Pickleball Tournaments (PT) when registration is closed, before it opens, or when a player is having trouble registering themselves. Players must have a Pickleball.com account to be added — they need to accept the terms and conditions on file.
If a player can't be found in search, try a different variation of their last name or search by email instead. If the tournament uses DUPR as the primary or secondary rating system, the player must have a linked DUPR account before they can be registered.
If another player has already selected this person as their partner, the event will show as Selected by default in the dropdown. You just need to confirm and proceed.

Use the Registration Date field during event selection to enter the actual date the paper registration was received. The current date is pre-filled by default, so just update it to the correct date before proceeding.
