How to Set Up Your Club Schedule

To set up a schedule for your Pickleball Clubs (PC) public page, go to Club Admin, open Public Pages → Schedule, toggle on Show on Home Page, then add one or more schedule entries with a day, start time, and duration.

Once saved, your schedule displays on your club's public page so visitors can see when play is happening.

Before You Begin

Access Schedule settings

  1. Log in to Pickleball.com and click Manage in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Organizations and open the club you want to manage.
  3. In the Club Menu, click Public Pages.
  4. Select Schedule.

Add a schedule entry

  1. Toggle on Show on Home Page so your schedule appears on your public page.
  2. Click + Add Schedule.
  3. Select a Day of week.
  4. Set the Start Time and choose a Duration.
  5. Check Add groups and courts if you want to tie this entry to specific groups or courts.
  6. Repeat to add additional entries, then click Save.

Can I add more than one schedule entry?

Yes. Click + Add Schedule as many times as you need to build out your full weekly schedule.

What does "Add groups and courts" do?

It lets you tie a schedule entry to specific groups or courts, so visitors see exactly where and for whom that time slot applies.

Why isn't my schedule showing on my public page?

Make sure Show on Home Page is toggled on and that you've saved after adding your schedule entries.
