Chick-fil-A releases "Pickle Pickle Pickleball Set"
DALLAS, TX – Oh, how sweet was the day I discovered that the best fast food restaurant chain ever, Chick-fil-A, actually has a pickleball paddle set for purchase.
The “Pickle Pickle Pickleball Set” is just delightful. The pickle green, standard size paddles feature a honeycomb and carbon fiber core.
But, the real standout element is the cartoon pickle design on the paddle face. It’s so playful and cheerful. What a nice touch!
The set also comes with matching pickle green pickleballs and a canvas tote.

“Enjoy pickles on your sandwich, and on the court,” it says in the product details, which is rather creative and clever.
I thought to myself... Why order the set online when I could visit my local drive-thru to purchase it there? I don’t necessarily think I’ll be successful, but at least I can get some fries for making the trip, right?
The menu looked like any other Chick-fil-A menu. No signs of pickleball anywhere, though. Things weren't looking promising.
And when I finally pulled up to the window to chat with the poor high schooler who’s working part-time under the brutal Texas sun, she had no idea what I was talking about.
“Pickle what?” she asked politely, but definitely a bit bewildered.
“Pickleball paddles. Do you know anything about that?” I asked.
She had that look on her face, like I was speaking in a foreign language.
“Pickle ball? Sorry, I don’t know anything about that.”
Under the circumstances, I was prepared to share why pickleball is one of the greatest sports in the world, but instead I settled for a No. 3, eight-count with a sweet tea.
When I picked up my order, I was tempted to go inside the Chick-fil-A and see if they were hiding pickleball paddles in the back with the pickles.
I can only assume that the Chick-fil-A cow is out playing America's fastest-growing sport, and that’s why they don’t have the paddles in stores. He must be at least a 3.0.
