How Billing Works for Leagues (PL)
Your Pickleball Leagues (PL) fees appear in the red Balance Due navigation item of your Club admin area, accumulate monthly, and are due on the 1st.
Before You Begin
- You must be signed in as the primary manager, an Owner, or a manager with Can Edit Club or Financials permission to view invoices.
- Have your League's payment method ready, or plan to rely on your Club's default payment method as a fallback.
Where to Find Your League Invoice
- Log into your Club account on Pickleball.com.
- Click Manage in the upper right corner.
- Click the red Balance Due item in the left-hand navigation — it highlights when your League has an outstanding balance.
- Review your current League fees and payment history.
How League Fees Are Paid
League fees accumulate throughout the month and are charged automatically on the 1st. If your League has its own payment method on file, that method is charged. If not, the fees roll up to your Club's default payment method instead.
Once a charge is processed, it's marked Paid and removed from your League's outstanding balance.
WarningIf League fees go unpaid, Pickleball.com can disable your League's events and revoke admin access until the balance is resolved.
