How Team League Billing Works in PTL
Your Pickleball Team Leagues (PTL) fees appear in the Financials section of your Team League's admin area, accumulate monthly, and are due on the 1st.
Before You Begin
- You must be signed in as a Commissioner or Primary Manager to view invoices.
- Have your Team League's payment method ready, or plan to rely on your Club's default payment method as a fallback.
Where to Find Your Team League Invoice
- Log into your Team League's admin area on Pickleball.com.
- Open the Financials section.
- Review your current Team League fees and payment history.
How Team League Fees Are Paid
Team League fees accumulate throughout the month and are charged automatically on the 1st. If your Team League has its own payment method on file, that method is charged. If not, the fees roll up to your Club's default payment method instead.
Once a charge is processed, it's marked Paid and removed from your Team League's outstanding balance.
Player text notifications
If you enable player text notifications for your Team League, a flat $12 per month fee is added to your balance. This fee is charged on the 1st along with your other Team League fees, regardless of how many texts are sent.
WarningIf Team League fees go unpaid, Pickleball.com can disable your Team League's events and revoke admin access until the balance is resolved.
