How to Set Up a Waiver for Your Club
To set up a waiver for your Pickleball Clubs (PC) organization, go to Club Admin, open Edit Organization → Waivers, click Add New Waiver, enter a title and waiver type, upload your waiver document, and click Save.
Once your waiver is saved, members must review and accept it before they can join, book, or take part in any club activity.

Before You Begin
- You must be signed in as the primary manager, an Owner, or a manager with Can Edit Club permission.
- Have your waiver document ready as a PDF, 2MB or smaller — you can't type waiver text directly into Pickleball.com.
Access the Waivers section
- Log in to Pickleball.com and click Manage in the upper right corner.
- Select Organizations and open the club you want to manage.
- In the Club Menu, click Edit Organization.
- Select Waivers.
Add a new waiver
- Click Add New Waiver.
- Enter a Waiver Title.
- Select a Waiver Type: Children, Family, Membership, or Organization.
- Click the upload area (or drag and drop) to add your waiver file. Files must be a PDF, 2MB or smaller.
- Click Save.
Members can't do anything in your club — join, book, or participate — until they've signed your waiver. Set this up before you promote your club or add members.
Manage waiver versions
Each waiver keeps a version history showing the Date Changed, Total Accepted, and Changed By for every update. If you no longer need a waiver, click Disable instead of deleting it, so your acceptance history is preserved.
Frequently Asked Questions
What waiver types are available?
Children, Family, Membership, and Organization. Choose whichever matches the audience or purpose of the waiver you're adding.
Can I add more than one waiver?
Yes. Click Add New Waiver again to create additional waivers — for example, a general membership waiver plus a separate children's waiver.
What happens if I disable a waiver?
Disabling a waiver stops it from being required for new members going forward, but keeps its version history and acceptance records intact.
Can members do anything before they sign the waiver?
No. Members can't join, book, or participate in any club activity until they've signed the waiver.
