VIBE pickleball teams merge with MLP
DALLAS, TX – With the recent finalization of the merger between the Carvana PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball (MLP by Margaritaville), the four VIBE pickleball teams have merged with the MLP teams to create a 24-team league.
MLP will hold eight regular season events, a mid-season tournament, and the season ending playoffs. To view the full MLP event schedule, click here.
The previously known as VIBE teams were the AZ Drive, Dallas Pickleball Club, Seattle Pioneers, and the Utah Black Diamonds.
Over 150 professional pickleball players have signed multi-year contracts with the new combined entity, including World No. 1s Ben Johns and Anna Leigh Waters.
The pickleball tournament calendar is expanding in 2024 with news of the merger.
