How to Run Reports for Your Club

Your Pickleball Clubs (PC) club includes a Reports section with pre-built reports covering your members, ratings, tournament results, and program finances — so you don't have to piece the data together yourself.

By the end of this article, you'll know where to find your club's reports and what each one shows.

    Before You Begin

    • You must be signed in as the primary manager, an Owner, or a manager with permission to view reports.

    Access your club's reports

    1. From your club dashboard, go to Organizations in the left menu, then click Reports.
    2. On the Select Report screen, reports are grouped into three categories: Financials, Members, and Program Management Reports.
    3. Click a report's name to open it.
    Note

Most reports share the same toolbar: use Search to find a specific record, Filters to narrow results, Columns to show, hide, or reorder fields, Export to download the data, and Base report to switch between report views.

    Member Reports

    Member Status

Member Status gives you a full export of your club's roster — status, identifiers, contact info, and membership plan details in one place. Columns include: Member Status, User UUID, Club Member Number, Member UUID, First Name, Last Name, Name Suffix, Country, State, Address 1, City, Zip, Phone, Email, Gender, DOB, Age, DUPR ID, Membership Created Date, Membership Last Renewal Date, Membership Next Renewal Date, Membership Expiration Date, Membership Plan UUID, Membership Plan Title, USAP Number, Pickleball Canada Number, USSP Number, PAA Number, and Pickleball Lifetime Number.

    Member Ratings

Member Ratings shows each member's contact info alongside their self-reported, DUPR, and Club ratings by play format. Columns include: User UUID, Club Member Number, First Name, Last Name, Name Suffix, Address 1, Country, State, City, Zip, Phone, Email, Gender, DOB, Age, DUPR ID, Self Rating (Doubles, Mixed, Singles, Skinny Singles), DUPR (Doubles, Singles), and Club (Doubles, Mixed, Singles, Skinny Singles).

    Tournament Stats

Tournament Stats shows each member's win/loss record and medal count, broken out by play format. Base columns are First Name, Last Name, Name Suffix, Gender, Club Member Number, and DUPR ID, followed by these stats for each format:

    FormatWinsLossesGoldSilverBronze
    Doubles
    Mixed
    Singles
    Skinny Singles

    Program Management Reports

    Program Participants Report

Program Participants Report lists every program (such as a tournament) your club has created, with its status, schedule, and player count. Columns are: Status, Program Type, Title, Start Date, Start Time, End Time, Duration (minutes), and Players.

    Program Dispute Report

Program Dispute Report tracks payment disputes filed against your club's programs, including the payment and dispute details needed to respond. Columns include: User UUID, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Program Title, Program Type, Payment Amount, Payment Date, Payment ID, Gateway Name, Card, Invoice Amount, Invoice Date, Dispute Date, Dispute ID, Dispute Fee, Decision Date, Loss Amount, and Status.

    Membership Revenue Report

Membership Revenue Report summarizes revenue by membership plan — how many members you have, how much they're paying, and how much of that is from renewals versus new signups. Columns are: Membership Plan Name, Total Active Members, Total Revenue, Renewed Members, Renewal Revenue, New Members, New Revenue, and Currency.

    Program Financial Report

Program Financial Report breaks down the finances of each program your club runs, from what players paid to what your club actually nets after fees. Columns are: Program Type, Status, Title, Start Date, End Date, Players, Paid Amount, Discount Amount, Refund Amount, Processing Fees, Outstanding Balance, PB Service Fees, and Net Revenue.

    Financials

    Note

The Financials category on the Select Report screen doesn't have any reports listed under it yet. Check back as more reports are added.

    FAQs

    Can I export report data?

Yes. Every report includes an Export option in its toolbar so you can download the data shown.

Can I change which columns show in a report?

Yes. Use the Columns control in the report's toolbar to show, hide, or reorder fields, and drag the grip icon on a column header to move it.

What's the difference between Member Ratings and Club Ratings?

Member Ratings is the report showing each member's self-reported, DUPR, and Club rating values side by side. Club Ratings themselves are a separate feature that calculates a rating from match results within your club — see How do Club Ratings Work in Pickleball Clubs (PC)? for details.

Why don't I see any data in Program Dispute Report or Program Financial Report?

These reports only show rows once your club has relevant activity — a filed payment dispute, or a program with financial activity to report. An empty report simply means there's nothing to show yet.
