Tennis legend Graf to release signature paddle as part of Agassi x JOOLA partnership
Steffi Graf is best known for her countless tennis accolades, but she’s now making a name for herself in the picklesphere.
The 22-time Grand Slam Champion is releasing her own signature paddle with JOOLA as part of fellow tennis icon Andre Agassi’s partnership with the company.
Graf applauds the feeling of control that her paddle gives her.
“Coming from a different sport, I felt like it gave me just a little more margin,” she explained. “The control that I have gained with this paddle and the touch have added a lot to my game.”
Both Graf and Agassi’s paddles will be released on Jan. 28 as part of the Agassi Collection, which was announced back in August. According to JOOLA social media, the paddles will feature a 'racket' style shape and wider base.
Agassi says the goal of his partnership with JOOLA is to continue to help pickleball grow across the globe.
“It’s not just about selling paddles at all—it’s about changing communities by bringing the game to them,” he asserted.
Graf and Agassi are also preparing to defend their title at the upcoming Pickleball Slam 3, set to take place Feb. 16 in Las Vegas, NV.
