Burger King unveils Pickleball Burger in Japan

Are you hungry for a Pickleball Burger? Burger King has you covered... in Japan.

According to SoraNews24, the fast food restaurant chain signed a sponsorship agreement with the Japan Pickleball Federation (PJF) and created a new menu item to mark the occasion.

The Pickleball Burger features three flame-grilled beef patties in between special rice patties that were developed alongside a notable rice shop in Kyoto, Hachidaime Gihey.

Eleven pickles will also be stuffed in between the meat and rice layers.

The burger will be released for a limited time starting on Friday at a cost of 1,790 yen or $12.28 USD.

The new sponsorship with Burger King will be prominently showcased at the PJF Pickleball Japan Open in Sasebo, Nagasaki, in June, and at the PJF Pickleball Japan League Burger King Cup in Tokyo in August.
