
Celebrity Pickleball Bash presented by DoorDash coming to San Francisco in February
It won't be long before San Francisco's Warfield Theatre plays host to America's fastest-growing sport.
The inaugural Celebrity Pickleball Bash presented by DoorDash will be held at the iconic Northern California venue on February 15 and 16. Click here for ticket information.
"Celebrity Pickleball Bash is a two-day celebration of celebrity pickleball and entertainment, featuring a thrilling pickleball tournament with celebrity and professional pairings, as well as an exciting celebrity and professional team challenge," states the official Celebrity Pickleball Bash website. "We bring together the fast-paced action of pickleball and the star power of celebrity entertainment to create a truly unique sporting event."
The list of celebrity participants includes athletes and entertainers aplenty:
- New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson
- Former NFL great Terrell Owens
- U.S. Women’s National Team World Cup winner Brandi Chastain
- Former MLB All-Star Hunter Pence
- Former MLB All-Star CC Sabathia
- Former NBA star Tyler Hansbrough
- Former NFL wide receiver Eric Decker
- Golden State Warriors legend Chris Mullin
- Former mixed martial arts champion Urijah Faber
- Formula DRIFT Driver Amanda Sorensen
- Country pop singer Jessie James Decker
- Chart-topping American country artist Niko Moon
- Sports content creator Jenna Bandy
Actor and on-air personality Mario Lopez will also emcee the festivities, while former NBA All-Star Baron Davis will DJ during the championship match.
Professional pickleball players Christian Alshon, Hayden Patriquin, Parris Todd, and Jessie Irvine will participate in the event, along with former American tennis star turned pickleball athlete John Isner.
The PPA Tour is a strategic partner in Celebrity Pickleball Bash as well.

Following the event in San Francisco, the second installment of Celebrity Pickleball Bash will be held on April 6 in San Antonio, TX at Boeing Center at Tech Port.
