Utah Black Diamonds members Connor Garnett and Allyce Jones visited the U.S. Ski & Snowboard USANA Center of Excellence in Park City earlier this week.

"PickleVert" was on the menu, along with several other activities.

If you aren't familiar with the pickleball derivative, don't feel bad because we weren't either before a clip was published on Instagram.

Players basically use a vert ramp to serve the pickleball and everything flows from there.

It's an interesting concept to say the least.

The clip garnered some attention on the social media platform, and with good reason because of the creativity factor.

"I'm coaching at a US Ski team camp in October and I will be very disappointed if this not part of the program," commented Jen Dial Santoro (@cycleimp).

This is good stuff.

Garnett, Jones and the rest of the Black Diamonds are participating in The Picklr MLP Salt Lake City starting on Thursday in Kaysville, UT.
