Waters and Bouchard joining forces in Pickleball Slam 4

The first three editions of Pickleball Slam were entertaining, but the fourth might just be the best of the bunch.

The celebrity exhibition returns to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL on April 15, 2026 featuring a doubles showdown pitting tennis legends Andre Agassi and James Blake against PPA Tour stars Anna Leigh Waters and Genie Bouchard for a $1M prize purse.

Live broadcast coverage of the event will be available on ESPN.

A fervent supporter of the pickleball movement across the globe, Agassi has participated in every Pickleball Slam to date and continues to spread the word about America's fastest-growing sport everywhere he goes. Blake, meanwhile, was featured in Slam 2 in early 2024, and returns to the event alongside his countryman.

“I’ve enjoyed the challenge of competing in a new sport and am proud of winning three Pickleball Slams in a row. I’m excited to partner with James and ready to defend my title against Anna Leigh and Genie,” said Agassi. “I’ve had the luxury of teaming with Anna Leigh and have been blown away by her skills and commitment to excellence. Facing off against these two great athletes won’t be easy. Fortunately, I’ve been playing racket sports longer than they’ve been alive!”

Interestingly enough, Waters and Bouchard went head-to-head in the women's singles final on Championship Sunday at the Rate Vegas Cup presented by Holland America. The No. 1 ranked women’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles athlete on the PPA Tour, Waters defeated Bouchard in straight games to secure her 37th career Triple Crown.

"Many people still think the top women's players couldn't beat the top men's players in any racket sport. We are ready to prove them wrong," said Waters. "Genie and I have a lot of respect for Andre and James’ legacy, but they're about to learn how hard it really is to master the sport we play for a living. If Andre wants to keep that Pickleball Slam title, he’s going to have to earn it the hard way."

For her part, Bouchard continues to make remarkable strides on the pickleball court after transitioning from professional tennis last year. She has earned silver medals in women's singles in two of the last three PPA Tour events.

The Pickleball Slam franchise is produced by Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) and GSE Worldwide.
