Pickleball.com bills fees separately for each product you manage — Clubs, Leagues, Pickleball Tournaments (PT), and Pickleball Team Leagues (PTL). Each product has its own invoice location, billing schedule, and payment method. This article gives a quick overview; for full details on your product's fees and payment setup, see the guide linked in each row below.
Each product manages its own fees in a different area of your admin dashboard.
| Product | Invoice location | When fees are due |
|---|---|---|
| Club fees | Financials section in your Club admin area | Monthly — due on the 1st of each month |
| League fees | Red navigation item in your Club admin area | Monthly — due on the 1st of each month |
| Tournament fees | Dashboard in your Tournament admin area | After the tournament is completed and locked |
| Team League fees | Financials section in your Team League admin area | Monthly — due on the 1st of each month |
Depending on the product and how you're charging players, you may see any of these fee types on an invoice or a player's checkout:
Each product can have its own payment method. On the 1st of each month, any accumulated fees are charged automatically to that product's payment method.
If a product does not have its own payment method, its fees roll up to your organization's (Club's) payment method. That payment method is charged automatically on the 1st for all outstanding fees across every product that doesn't have its own payment method on file.
WarningIf fees are not paid, Pickleball.com can disable your events and revoke access to your account until all outstanding fees are resolved.
