Major League Pickleball announces partnership with pro senior pickleball league Champions Series Pickleball

Major League Pickleball (MLP) announced on Thursday a partnership with Champions Series Pickleball (CSP) - formerly the National Pickleball League - established in 2022 as the first professional pickleball league for the 50+ age group.

CSP will license the MLP brand for its professional coed senior team format, which will be promoted as the MLP Champions Series. MLP and CSP will also collaborate on marketing, promotions, and media opportunities to grow the partnership and visibility of the MLP Champions Series.

A collection of MLP Champions Series events will be integrated with the 2026 MLP season schedule. Additional MLP 
Champions Series Pickleball event information will be provided in the coming months.


MLP Champions Series
Monthly events scheduled in July, August, September, October, plus an October championship
Events coinciding with the MLP presented by DoorDash schedule tentatively include Chicago (July 23-26), the 2026 MLP Playoffs in Dallas (Aug. 6-9), and a to be announced event in late October
Will feature 16 teams in its 50+ division

CSP is the premier professional pickleball league for Champions Pros. The league wrapped its third season with 12 teams representing cities across the country — including Austin, Boca Raton, Coachella Valley, Columbus, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Naples, Oklahoma City, Princeton, and Seattle — with approximately 200 Champions Pro players competing. CSP is expanding with new teams and additional age groups in 2026.
