
MLP hosting 2026 Finals Media Day in Times Square
Major League Pickleball (MLP) will have its best teams and brightest stars featured at Media Day in Times Square on Thursday ahead of the league’s 2026 Finals at CityPickle at Wollman Rink.
The No. 1 seed New Jersey Fives, No. 2 St. Louis Shock, No. 3 Brooklyn Pickleball Team, and defending 2024 champion No. 4 Dallas Flash—and players including Anna Leigh Waters, Hayden Patriquin, Anna Bright, Rachel Rohrabacher, and JW Johnson—will be available for interviews, along with league executives.
The DoorDash MLP Finals – New York City powered by Toray is expected to be the biggest in league history, with the largest crowd, most electric energy, and highest-caliber championship action on display.
Here is Thursday's schedule of events:
9am-10am
Team, player, and executive interviews at 4 Times Square
10am-11am
Pro clinic at 4 Times Square
11am-1pm
Photo and interview opportunities with MLP teams at One Times Square
New Jersey, St. Louis, Brooklyn and Dallas will battle in two separate best-of-three match Semifinal series beginning on Friday. The two winning teams will advance to the best-of-three match 2026 Finals.
All matches will air live on Pickleballtv, with exclusive coverage of Saturday’s first match at Noon ET broadcast nationally on CBS.
