MLP to introduce ‘Saturday and Sunday Night Pickleball’ showcases in 2025
Forget Sunday Night Football. Sunday Night Pickleball is coming to Pickleballtv for the 2025 Major League Pickleball season.
On Wednesday afternoon, the league announced its plans to showcase “Saturday Night and Sunday Night Pickleball” at every MLP event throughout the season.
Here are some of the features of these showcases:
- Premium matchups, to be announced roughly two weeks before each event
- Evening start times
- Alternate uniforms worn by participating teams
- Production enhancements to bolster the in-person and virtual viewing experience
Each showcase, like every event throughout the year, will be available for streaming on Pickleballtv and the Pickleballtv app.
The 2025 season—which will feature ten regular season events, the mid-season tournament, and two weeks of playoffs—will commence with all 16 Premier level teams competing at MLP Orlando, set run April 24-27 at the USTA National Campus.
