Paddletek, ProXR announce unification under Paddletek Group

Paddletek and ProXR are uniting under newly established holding company Paddletek Group, the two pickleball paddle companies announced Friday.

Paddletek Group will serve as the parent organization for both brands, in addition to Padeltek and Yobow.

 

“This announcement reflects a strategic step forward in strengthening our platform for innovation, product development, and long-term growth,” the companies said in a release. “By unifying these brands, Paddletek Group is better positioned to support athletes, serve players at every level, and deliver innovative, performance-driven products to the global pickleball community.”

The company plans to introduce a new paddle line in early 2026 with a focus on “leveraging the strengths of both brands.”
