Palm Beach Royals name David Grossman general manager
The Palm Beach Royals, Major League Pickleball’s newest franchise, announced on Monday that they have appointed David Grossman as their general manager.
Grossman brings several years of leadership in pickleball to the position, having previously served as the chief financial officer at DUPR, controller at Major League Pickleball, and director of finance at the United pickleball Association.
“As general manager of the Palm Beach Royals, David Grossman brings a modern yet timeless approach to building a professional franchise,” the team wrote in a statement. “His focus on culture, consistency, and operational excellence aligns seamlessly with the Royals’ vision of establishing a legacy that extends beyond wins and losses. From roster construction and organizational systems to financial stewardship and league engagement, Grossman’s leadership will help shape decisions that endure and standards that define the Royals for years to come.”
Grossman and the Royals will now turn their attention towards building a competitive roster through the Premier Level Free Agency Draft, which is scheduled to take place in late February.
