Step aside, Spotify Wrapped: Anna Bright serves up hilarious 'Dating Wrapped'
We thought we’d seen it all from Anna Bright, but her recent vlog from the Veolia Lakeland Open proved us wrong.
She candidly revealed that she forgot to pack her bras, socks, and underwear for the tournament—and decided to go commando to see if it would improve her game.
If there’s one thing we know about Bright, it’s that she’s full of surprises, and she’ll have you laughing every step of the way.

The 26-year-old has earned a reputation as the pro circuit's most eligible bachelorette. She’s already World No. 2 in women’s doubles and No. 3 in mixed doubles, a two-time MVP on her Major League Pickleball team, and the proud owner of 28 PPA Tour gold medals. On top of all that, she’s got a wicked sense of humor that keeps fans entertained both on and off the court.
Because of the buzz around her rumored romances, Bright decided to share her very own '2025 Dating Wrapped'—a hilarious twist on the Spotify Wrapped trend. In it, she dishes out her “dating stats,” from the number of dates she went on to how many men earned a second one.
The twist? All of these “dates” are actually her mixed doubles partners, not her real-life romantic interests.
Bright then explained the “bases” she reached with each partner where gold medals correspond to a home run.
“The only home run I got was with this guy named Ben [Johns],” said Bright, who claimed gold alongside Johns at the PPA Malaysia Cup. “He told me he was single. He would only give me the time of day when we were on the other side of the world. I run into him in America on Saturdays and some Sundays, and he’s not that nice to me at all. As soon as we were back in America, he got back together with his partner.”
Of course, the person she’s talking about is Anna Leigh Waters, Bright’s women’s doubles teammate and close friend. If this were a real dating scenario, it would be just as dramatic and entertaining as an episode of The Bachelor.
Bright then shared some additional red flags she encountered during the year.
“This guy only referred to himself as a Flick Wizard,” she said, referencing JW Johnson.
And then there was the guy who called maroon “red brown”—a comment from Federico Staksrud during a chat about how to color-coordinate their outfits for matches.
Another red flag came from Dekel Bar, who refused to play more than one match while wearing a bucket hat. That is a dealbreaker if there ever was one.
“So what should I do? Should I look to settle down in 2026, and if so, with who? Or should I keep playing the field?” asked Bright. “Guys are already trying to book dates with me months in advance. I even got a hand-written card.”
As partnerships start to take shape for next year, I’m excited to see whether Bright “settles down” or keeps playing the field. Personally, I’m rooting for her to keep playing the field.
