Born and raised in Venezuela, Pieri Imparato relocated to the United States in 2010, bringing with her a passion for tennis that had been cultivated since the age of seven. During her collegiate years, she further honed her skills on the tennis courts while representing The University of North Carolina at Charlotte for four remarkable years.
In 2022, Imparato's athletic journey took an unexpected turn when she was introduced to pickleball by members of the club where she coached. Seizing the opportunity with enthusiasm, she purchased her first paddle that very day, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her sporting career. Within just one year of delving into the world of pickleball, Imparato showcased her talent by securing victories at the 5.0 level tournaments. Her success continued to flourish as she made her mark in both singles and doubles events as a professional player.
With a diverse background that includes Venezuelan, Italian, Spanish, and American citizenship, Imparato embodies a rich cultural tapestry. Beyond her athletic pursuits, she finds joy in the companionship of her French bulldog, adding warmth to her life both on and off the court. As she navigates her journey in pickleball, Imparato is a testament to the power of dedication, adaptability, and a love for the game.
