Best dressed at the Veolia Lakeland Open presented by Six Zero
The fashion at the Veolia Lakeland Open presented by Six Zero was simply elite, especially on the women's side. There were backless looks and fun pops of color aplenty in the Sunshine State.
Here are the best dressed pros at the tournament:
A newly-signed PPA pro, it didn't take Griffith long to make an impression in the fashion department. She wore a baby pink set that is just so darling. The standout piece is the sheer pink checkerboard skirt from Pom Peche that photographs so beautifully on the court. Paired with a simple pink tank top, pink visor, and white court shoes, this is a pro-level look. Welcome aboard, Ashley!

Hendershot partnered up with Griffith in women’s doubles, and this little pink dress is an edgy complement to her partner’s look. This light pink dress is from Wiskii's laser cut collection (often worn by Best Dressed List regular, Jorja Johnson). While the light pink is currently out of stock, they still have the dress available in white, black, brown, and cream. The small triangle cutouts are such a fun twist on a classic fit and flare tennis dress. It's a fun look for the rising star.
Yeh had one of the standout looks at the tournament. The light blue tennis dress from Amazon is so pretty. That color is so flattering on her, and I love the two-tiered skirt and the open back. That’s the kind of dress you can wear to brunch after pickleball and look so cute. Yeh kept the styling simple with a white visor, white Nike crew socks, and white court shoes. And as an additional touch, even her Volair paddle has an accent of blue.
Lace is so trendy off the court, so leave it to Black to bring streetwear trends onto the court. This long-sleeve lace top from LiCi Fit is so elegant, and paired with a sleek white pleated tennis skirt and white visor, it’s such a pretty look.
I would say the drawback is the hot pink shoes because they don’t match the rest of her outfit. But then I looked at her black and pink paddle that’s the same shade of pink as her Skechers, and I decided that this outfit is a win from head to toe.
Emmrich always shows up in style on the court, and this Americana look is no exception. Wearing a navy, red, and white tank top and pleated skirt set from Berlook, she's so sporty and stylish. This is just a great example of investing in a matching set that takes all the pressure away from coordinating colors, textures, and silhouettes, and looking so cute with minimal effort. Topped off with her white Montis court shoes, she looks so chic.
These two embraced the Sunshine State vibe and wore these gorgeous butter yellow athletic dresses when they played mixed doubles together. I’m a sucker for a butter yellow set, so the second I saw these dresses, I knew they’d be making the Best Dressed List. Here’s a similar light yellow athletic dress from Fabletics, and another similar bright yellow dress from Outdoor Voices. Too cute.
Hannah Blatt and Victoria DiMuzio
These girls looked so good in green. Blatt wore a fitted green dress from PB5star that popped so beautifully on the court, and DiMuzio wore a 11NIL army green dress to coordinate. What I like about this partnership is that they took the same color pallet, but showcased their individuality with the silhouette and shade. Blatt went with a brighter green and sportier look, and DiMuzio had a softer green and more feminine silhouette. A fashion forward partnership.
