Best dressed men during the first half of the PPA Tour season
DALLAS, TX – I was a little tough on male players and their pickleball fashion earlier this season, but they've made incredible strides in recent months in that department.
The guys are really stepping up their fashion game, and it shows.
From classic clean looks to bold patterns, they aren't afraid to take some risks - and I couldn’t be happier about it.
Here are the best dressed male players during the first half of the 2024 season:
Jack Munro at the Vizzy Atlanta Open

Jack consistently looks great, and his pickleball fashion style is the definition of effortlessly cool. He loves a subtle matching set. No bold patterns here, but he appreciates clean lines and pops of color. Jack's definitely one to watch fashion-wise.
Pablo Tellez at the Select Medical Orange County Cup
This was a standout look for Pablo. Monochromatic blue is great on him. It’s subtle and clean, and it has visual appeal with the tie-dye design. If we get more outfits like this from Tellez, he’ll be a regular on the list.
Gabe Joseph at the Veolia Sacramento Open
Gabe brings California cool to professional pickleball. In Sacramento, he rocked an all-black look with a pop of orange, purple, and green that’s just eye-catching. It’s completely different from anything I’ve seen on the court, and paired with gold chains, it makes for a memorable look.
Travis Rettenmaier at the Veolia LA Open
If there’s one thing we can count on in pro pickleball, it’s Travis wearing a really fun shirt. Whenever he steps on the court, he’s sporting a wild pattern, a crazy color, or a combination of both. And you know what? I absolutely love it. I applaud his willingness to be bold like that.
Tyson McGuffin at the Hyundai Masters
Tyson loves a white and black look with a pop of color from his SKECHERS shoes. I think this all-white fit from the Hyundai Masters was his best. Bright white serves as a striking contrast from his features and dark tattoos. Everything about this look works.
Sam Querrey at the Fanatics Sportsbook North Carolina Cup
Sam's FILA fit is tennis-core chic to the max. The retro style on the shirt coordinating with the navy shorts is a fresh look. The navy and cream color combo is expertly paired together, and I love that the overall style pays homage to tennis. He's a great player to serve up some fashion inspiration for the guys.
