Fahey featured in SportsCenter’s ‘Year in Review’ piece
2025 brought memorable moments and unmatched energy to pro pickleball, and even ESPN is taking note.
The sports media giant featured Kate Fahey in a highlight video during SportsCenter’s recent ‘Year in Review’ episode, a move noted by ESPN Content Producer Matt Zampini.

It’s only a brief moment showing Fahey unleashing a forehand and yell for the St. Louis Shock, but it’s also the latest piece in a growing pile of evidence supporting pro pickleball’s movement to the mainstream.
Outside of showing PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball matches on its family of networks in 2025, ESPN also hosted a segment live from the MLP Mid-Season Tournament in July and even invited Anna Leigh Waters to the ESPY Awards.
Here’s to more airtime for pro pickleball in 2026.
