The third day of MLP New York presented by Cleary Gottlieb is in the books, so let’s look at the group standings after Saturday’s matches.

Due to the weekend weather in The Big Apple, the final two Group Play matches will be played on Sunday morning before the standings point matches. 

Those matchups are as follows:

• 9:30am ET on Grandstand Court: Texas Ranchers (2-1) v. New Jersey 5s (3-0)
• 10:00am ET on Championship Court: Dallas Flash (4-0) v. Brooklyn Pickleball Team (4-0)

As a reminder, the top 4 teams in each group will advance to the aforementioned standings point matches.  

Here is a breakdown of how those matches will work and how many standings points will be up for grabs:    

• Group A #1 v. Group B #1: Winner receives 25 standings points; loser gets 18     

• Group A #2 v. Group B #2: Winner receives 15 standings points; loser gets 12     

• Group A #3 v. Group B #3: Winner receives 10 standings points; loser gets 8     

• Group A #4 v. Group B #4: Winner receives 6 standings points; loser gets 4     

• 5th place teams receive 1 standings point each; 6th place team receives 0.
