MLP's Seattle Pioneers rebranding as Carolina Pickleball Club
DALLAS, TX - Major League Pickleball (MLP) announced on Monday that the Seattle Pioneers are relocating to Carolina and rebranding as the Carolina Pickleball Club.
The squad - which consists of Ben Johns, Collin Johns, Jessie Irvine, and Andrea Koop - will debut at MLP Washington D.C. later this week.
The Pioneers were formed in 2023 by Tom Dundon.
MLP Washington D.C. will feature a collection of 15 teams competing, with a total of 34 matches scheduled from June 13-16.
Coverage will be provided by a combination of AXS TV, Pickleball TV, and MLP’s official YouTube Channel.
