Best dressed at the Florida Dairy Farmers Daytona Beach Open
While it may have been the final PPA tournament of the 2025 calendar year, the pros didn’t hold back on style.
From debuting never-before-seen kits to even rocking a holiday sweater, the fashion scene in Daytona Beach was anything but dull.
Here are the best dressed players from the event:
Hones brought the holiday spirit to the final PPA tournament of 2025. Sporting a classic Christmas sweater—featuring a pickleball-playing Santa Claus—she delivered peak holly jolly energy. Paired with a fitted red tennis skirt and Christmas tree LED tape wrapped around her JOOLA paddle, the look was nothing short of delightful.

Of course, we have to highlight the women’s doubles champions, who looked stunning in lavender throughout the tournament. While we’ve seen ALW wear this FILA set before, it was especially fun to see Johnson fully commit to the look—rocking head-to-toe lavender, right down to her matching court shoes. The mesh long-sleeve lilac top from Halara is a standout and an absolute win.
I always love when Bouchard debuts a new New Balance kit, and this purple set is especially playful and flattering on her. Featuring a fitted dark purple cap-sleeve top, a lavender pleated skirt with striped hem detailing, and coordinating purple socks and shoes, the look is effortlessly charming on the fashion-forward pro.
Garnett arrived in Daytona Beach in standout style. Dressed in Zyia and his signature Twoey Nation hat, he delivered a fresh look in a field dominated by white, black, gray, and red. This light purple t-shirt took center stage, complemented by clean white and black accents for a sharp, well-balanced outfit.
This marks Oncins' first appearance on the Best Dressed List. Sporting a sky-blue JOOLA T-shirt and white shorts, the look comes together with crisp white accessories and blue Nike court shoes. The pop of color from the orange Nike swoosh is a nice touch.
Gabe Joseph
The moment I saw Joseph in the bracket, I knew we were in for a fashion treat. While he delivered several elevated monochromatic looks during his singles run, it was this playful outfit that truly stood out. His pink “tiger shark” shorts from Chubbies—featuring sharks with tiger stripes—were impossible not to smile at. Fun, cheeky, and perfectly suited for a beachside tournament.
I truly can’t decide which of Black’s looks I love more: the black-and-white halter top and matching skirt from Your Personal Best, or the navy corset dress with a bubble hem. While the black-and-white set pairs especially well with her white and black Skechers, I appreciate how the styling creates a cohesive head-to-toe look.
What really stands out to me, though, is the stunning blue color. It’s an unexpected shade for Black, making it especially fun to see her switch things up while still staying true to her signature fit-and-flair silhouette. As always, Black delivers on fashion.
Michael Loyd
Another pro who consistently brings a cool factor to his on-court style is Michael Loyd. Dressed in Stack Athletics and Daps shoes, he looks effortlessly fresh. The brown t-shirt is a standout—an uncommon color on the pro court, but a very welcome addition. As always, well done.
This dress from Wilson looks absolutely adorable on Giltinan. The flowy mesh skirt paired with the striped waistband and white Razer back top creates a fun, dynamic look, completed by white Nike court shoes. With a white visor and a bubble braid, it’s a perfect example of how to elevate a pickleball outfit.
This is Lenhard’s first time on the Best Dressed List, and with looks like this, it surely won’t be his last. Clad head-to-toe in Selkirk, he nails a textbook clean menswear look. The sleek white polo is a guaranteed win, with the black collar adding just the right touch of visual interest. Paired with all-white and black accessories, the outfit is a complete success.
Honorable Mention: Michelle McMahon
McMahon turned heads on Pickleballtv in this fabulous yellow suit—bright, bold, and perfect for a sunshine-filled tournament on Championship Court. Simply chic.
