Best dressed at the Pickleball Central Sacramento Vintage Open
While some pros were competing across the globe at PPA Malaysia, the pros who competed in the Pickleball Central Sacramento Vintage Open brought some vintage flair to their outfits this past week.
Let’s take a look at the best dressed players in Sacramento.
Sock was a standout favorite for me. Everything about this look is so fun. Clad head to toe in Selkirk, the white and green look has this retro aesthetic that was perfect for the vintage tournament. I even love the old school tube socks and the sweatband. Every detail matches, and topped off with a wooden paddle, this is my favorite look of his to date.

I always look forward to seeing what Joseph wears to tournaments because it’s fresh and incredibly stylish. This time around, he went for a monochromatic look and wore an all-blue fit - and even his paddle grip color matched. Way to continue to elevate the men’s fashion game one tourney at a time.
Dizon is now on the 11NIL train. I’d argue this bubble hem corset top dress is pro pickleball’s favorite athletic dress. So many of the women on tour have worn this dress in a variety of colors, and every single one of them looks amazing. Dizon wore it in white with white accessories: a visor, ankle socks, sunglasses, and topped it off with neon yellow shoes for a fun pop of color. So chic.
Mary and Maggie Brascia
The Brascia sisters are just too cute in these fitted white tank tops and gorgeous raspberry pink fitted skirts. I love how they always prioritize coordinating their doubles outfits, and I appreciate how they’re even wearing black Adidas hats and Ria eyewear. I also love that their white shoes have a pop of pink to match their skirts. And is Maggie’s wooden JOOLA not so retro and cute? A winning look for the Brascias.
Stratman continues to show up in looks that are clean and timeless. At the pro wooden paddle tournament, she wore a fitted forest green tank top and paired it with a white tennis skirt with big pleats, a white visor, and white court shoes. This always looks good no matter the time, place, or location. So stylish.
Bouchard has officially convinced me I need to wear more New Balance because she always looks so good. The standout color of her fit was this gorgeous seafoam green featured on her visor, shoes, and crew socks, and paired it with a simple white tennis dress. But leave it to Bouchard to have her paddle grip be hot pink to add an additional pop of color and femininity to her overall look. So cute.
Staksrud is becoming a regular here on the Best Dressed List. This light blue shirt is a wonderful homage to his go-to Championship Sunday look from 2023 and 2024, and I like how he styled it with cream-khaki colored shorts and a matching blue JOOLA hat. Topped off with white Babolat sneakers and white crew socks, Stakrsud should be your pro to copy for both his gameplay and his fashion.
I love when Jorja Johnson has a ballerina moment on the court. Her style is extremely experimental, but I particularly love when she plays with a fit like this: a white wrap top with a bow and a twirly navy skirt. It’s so flattering and feminine. My only wish is that she wore white or navy court shoes, but other than that small detail, this is another standout look.
And finally, I must mention broadcaster Dave Fleming, who really took inspiration from the vintage vibe of the tournament and substituted his usual suit jacket for a tie dye t-shirt, purple velour pants, and 70s purple hippie sunglasses. Talk about bringing people joy on the court with that outfit!
