PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA - There were 80 pro Round of 32 matches played on Wednesday at the Vizzy Atlanta Open presented by Acrytech.

The higher-seeded player or team prevailed in 73 of those matches for a 91% win rate, up from 68% in Tuesday’s matches.

Men’s Singles

The higher-seeded player won 15/16 men’s singles matches on Wednesday.

No. 24 seed Yates Johnson defeating No. 16 seed Julian Arnold 11-4, 11-1 was the only match where this didn’t happen. Johnson will next face No. 4 seed Tyson McGuffin on Thursday.

Women’s Singles

The higher-seeded player won 14/16 women’s singles matches on Wednesday.

Grigoriu will next face No. 4 seed Lea Jansen, while Emmrich will face No. 9 seed Lina Padegimaite in the Round of 16.

Mixed Doubles
