Best dressed at the Veolia Cape Coral Open presented by Proton
The pros headed to the Sunshine State for the Veolia Cape Coral Open presented by Proton, and the fashion provided a glimpse into some spring looks.
We’re talking earthy greens, pops of bright pink, and lots of pastel.
Pinch me, I must be dreaming because spring pickleball fashion is my new favorite aesthetic.
Here are best dressed pros from the Veolia Cape Coral Open:

Is this color not absolutely gorgeous? It’s perfect for spring, and the color is just so flattering on her. With the classic FILA pleated two-tier skirt and ribbed tank top, it’s an outfit for a winner. Waters also expertly styles her pieces by sticking to all-white accessories – visor, socks, shoes, and sweat band. It's an all-around adorable fit.
Hannah Blatt
Clad in PB5star, Blatt looks so chic in this gorgeous green tennis dress with pops of white detailing. The color is simply superb. It’s the perfect color for spring, and the high slit is not only extremely flattering, it’s incredibly functional for pickleball. Though this green dress isn't yet sold online (they do have other colors), you better believe I’ll be checking back regularly to make sure I don’t miss the drop. Too cute.

It's almost spring, so give me all the gorgeous pops of pastel on the court. Bright and Johnson coordinated these white and lavender looks, and I gasped as soon as they stepped on the court for mixed doubles. Bright sported a purple pleated tennis skirt, while Johnson wore tie dye purple shorts. And bonus points for Bright because even her shoes are white with accents of lavender.

We also can’t ignore the outfits on the other side of the court from Bright and Johnson. The looks featured by Waters and Johns were also incredibly memorable. Opting for an emerald green pallet with pops of neon yellow. Johns wore neon shorts and paired them with a green JOOLA polo and matching hat. For her part, Waters wore a FILA tennis dress with pops of yellow – including the logo, band around the torso, and undershorts. Great color combo for the pros.

Clad in a Hoolbrook fit, Emmrich just looked sleek playing mixed doubles in Florida. Wearing subtle acid tie dye wash shorts in a purple and light blue color, he kept it simple by pairing them with a black T-shirt with zipper detailing, black hat, black sweat bands, and black shoes. Topped off with bold sunglasses, his fit is nothing but cool.
Allyce Jones and Hurricane Tyra Black

I love the girls in hot pink. The color looks incredible on this women’s doubles tandem. Though I wish I knew where it was from, I found a lookalike style on Amazon and alo yoga. They paired these looks with matching white visors, white socks and white shoes, and Black topped everything off with her go-to pearl necklace and hair bow.

This fit marks Martinez Vich’s first time on the Best Dressed List. Clad head-to-toe in Six Zero Pickleball gear, he wore this dark camo black and gray T-shirt and paired it with black shorts, a black hat, and a big smile. The look is effortlessly chill and simple. Welcome to the list, Jaume!
Her Instagram caption says it best: “Never have I received more compliments on a pickleball outfit!” And with good reason. The standout piece is the skirt. It’s from Lucky in Love, and it’s a gorgeous light pink and white pattern with a unique striped texture and boxy pleats. She paired it with a long sleeve quarter zip top. And topped it all off with white sneakers and tortoise shell sunglasses. Too cute.
Honorable Mentions:
Bao Duong and Max Freeman

Duong and Freeman were dedicated to completely matching in men’s doubles, which cannot go unnoticed. And New Balance blue and black look is incredibly cool. I love a duo that commits to synchronicity with their fashion.
Pickleball Central’s Maxwell Cowley and Josh Monkres

Cowley and Monkres work on-site at Pickleball Central, and we simply can’t ignore their commitment to making a bold statement with matching Heritage Pickleball sets. Topped off with Cowley’s fanny pack and big smiles, it’s pure pickleball joy.
