Best dressed at the Veolia Atlanta Pickleball Championships
At the season’s final Grand Slam, the pros brought their A-game both on and off the court in the Peach State. From bold, trend-forward fits to clean, timeless styles, these players stood out as the best dressed at the Veolia Atlanta Pickleball Championships.
Garnett showed up in a series of playful Zyia looks throughout the tournament, but the peachy floral shorts were the standout for me. Paired with a simple white T-shirt, tube socks, crisp white court shoes, and his white Twoey Nation hat, the whole outfit felt effortlessly fresh. No surprise he played so well. He looked the part from head to toe.
The Aussie pro brought a seriously cute style game to this tournament, leaning into a brown-and-white palette that felt both cohesive and charming. Every look was adorable, but my favorite came in the round of 16, when Dennehy stepped out in a fitted white cap-sleeve top with matching white accessories. The standout piece was the light brown skirt from Lueh—the color felt effortlessly elegant, and the pleated back added just the right amount of movement. She looked incredibly chic from start to finish.
The ladies in yellow
There was a bright pop of yellow lighting up the court in women’s doubles this past week. Parris Todd and Kate Fahey leaned into the trend with yellow-and-white looks, while Jorja Johnson and Hurricane Tyra Black turned heads in matching yellow dresses from Alo.
Angie Walker also stood out in a gorgeous yellow dress from Stack Athletics, paired with her Daps shoes. The whole look felt bright and radiant. She, along with the rest of the group, brought a sunny, beautiful energy to the court.
But my favorite of the yellow looks had to be Todd and Fahey for the way they balanced coordination with individuality. Matching sets can be fun, but it’s even better when each player’s personality shines through. Todd went with a tiered yellow skirt, a white tank, and neon yellow Babolat shoes, while Fahey opted for yellow shorts, a white long-sleeve top, and green JOOLA shoes. It worked perfectly. I loved the mix.
Kunimoto wore several stunning looks in Atlanta, but this baby pink dress was a clear standout. From 11NIL, the soft pink shade felt effortlessly feminine, and the fit-and-flare silhouette with a pleated skirt was incredibly flattering on her. She finished the look with all-white accessories, pulling everything together into a truly fabulous outfit.
For men’s pickleball fashion, Bellamy delivered a look in the quarterfinals that’s worth repeating. He kept it clean and simple with a white T-shirt, arm sleeves, hat, socks, and shoes, adding just a pop of navy with his Wringer Wear shorts. Finished with a cross necklace, the whole outfit felt effortlessly polished. Textbook clean.
Johnson brought a business-casual edge to the court in an adorable pinstripe set from 11NIL. Pinstripes are rarely seen in pickleball fashion, and 11NIL continues to lead the way in introducing fresh patterns to athleticwear. The bubble hem skirt, paired with a subtle corset-style top, made the look feel modern and elevated. Overall, it was a standout 10 out of 10 outfit.
I’m really enjoying all of Waters' Nike looks, but this baby blue athletic dress is a true standout. The soft blue tone looks especially striking against the green courts, and the knotted detail at the top adds a playful touch. And the shoes, how cute are they? I’m tempted to get a pair myself. I’m excited to see what she brings to the court for the PPA Finals.
