Best dressed at the Veolia Cincinnati Showcase presented by Six Zero
I absolutely love a Grand Slam pickleball tournament because it means the stakes of the game are higher, and the fashion is even more fabulous than usual.
It seems like with every Grand Slam, the pros are experimenting with new colors, trends, brands, and silhouettes that elevate an ordinary look to a clean winner.
Here are the best dressed pros from the Veolia Cincinnati Showcase presented by Six Zero.
Jorja Johnson and Tyra Hurricane Black
If there’s a best dressed team of 2025, I think we’d have to give it to Jorja and Tyra. Week after week, these two continuously bring something new and exciting to the pickleball court, and this tournament was no different.
I love their black ensembles from Wiskii Active because it looks like something right out of Y2K fashion in the best possible way. The rose applique on the halter top is so different from anything I’ve seen on the pro pickleball court. And I'm loving this experimentation.
And of course, I also liked their lilac dresses from Bo+Tee. Do these two ever lose the fashion game? I don’t think so.
Grayson arrived in style for men’s singles. Clad head to toe in Nox Pickleball, I really like how this all-white look is clean and timeless, but also has a little extra added visual interest with the red piping detail on the shorts. Way to show up dressed to impress, Grayson!
The women’s singles No. 2 seed looked so sporty in this gorgeous blue tennis dress from JOOLA. The high slit is flattering and functional for competitive singles play, and the cutout in the back is just as cute. I also like how she paired the dress with her yellow Mizuno shoes for a pop of color. Overall, just a good look for this pro.
If you want to look clean on the court, look to Max for your fashion inspo. In Cincinnati, Freeman wore a simple Nike white t-shirt, paired with teal shorts from lululemon, and white adidas shoes and socks. Even his sweatband is white. Welcome to the Best Dressed List, Max!
It’s always so exciting when Anna Leigh debuts a new FILA outfit, though tragically, we can’t buy it yet. But this lavender and yellow set is just so fresh and delightful, and I particularly like the purple, white, and yellow stripes on the waist band. The combination of the butter yellow top with the lilac skirt was a bit surprising because it feels like something better suited for the springtime, but hey, I like the colors either way. A refreshing new look for the champ.
This fashion rule is always true: If you wear a matching top and bottom, you’re going to look put together. Chris went with this electric blue outfit from Babolat that definitely stood out on the court. He paired it with neon yellow shoes with pops of that matching blue color. Well done!
Jade and Jackie Kawamoto
And finishing out the list, we have the women’s doubles champions, the Kawamotos. They won the gold medal in matching emerald green tank tops and fitted light green skirts from lululemon. This color combo is so pretty on them, and I like how they kept the styling simple with black visors. So cute.
