At MLP Daytona Beach, the Utah Black Diamonds upset the New Jersey 5s. The LA Mad Drops defeat the previously undefeated St. Louis Shock. And the Carolina Hogs take their first win of the season against the Texas Ranchers.

The LA Mad Drops joke about changing their name to the LA Mad Drives after Hunter Johnson and Quang Duong drive nearly every single shot during a match. No drops were in sight.  

The Brooklyn Aces head to Brooklyn for an event with Lululemon and a local artist does a live painting of the team during the event.

The Brooklyn Pickleball Team was without both their starting men for this tournament, Dekel Bar due to illness and Riley Newman from injury. And their sub, Pat Smith was also out. So, Rafa Hewett and AJ Koller sub in to play. 


Tyler Loong from the Utah Black Diamonds played with 15 stitches in his leg due and a wrist brace thanks to a bike accident before the tournament. 

The SoCal Hard Eights started their new women’s lineup featuring 15-year-old Cailyn Campbell and 17-year-old Jalina Ingram.

Rumors fly when Jessie Irvine from the Pheonix Flames leaves the tournament after a disagreement with Genie Bouchard, leaving Alex Walker to step in and play. Later, Irvine returned and played with Walker. The disagreement between the teammates is currently unknown. 


The UPA announces its plans for a new massive prize pool in 2026 on top of player’s guaranteed salaries that’s designed to reward performance and grow the sport globally.
