Let’s get into how these moves impact each team’s roster:
Bay Area: Alix Truong, Angie Walker, Eric Roddy, DJ Young
Walker joins the Breakers after serving as a sub for the Mad Drops’ first three matches of the season.
She does have MLP experience from 2024, where she went 12-18 competing for the Atlanta Bouncers.
More recently, she earned a Triple Crown at the New England PPA Challenger in May.
She will start for a Bay Area squad that is 2-3 after opening its season this past weekend in Austin. Her first event with the team will be MLP San Clemente, which is scheduled for June 26-29.
Los Angeles: Catherine Parenteau, Jade Kawamoto, Danna Funaro, Quang Duong, Hunter Johnson, Wes Burrows, Thomas Wilson (IR)
Funaro will move back to the Premier level after initially being taken 34th overall by the New York Hustlers in March’s free agency draft.
She went 3-7 in her lone event with Bay Area and will now be the third female on the Mad Drops’ roster after Parenteau and Kawamoto.
The Mad Drops will continue their season this week at MLP Phoenix, which begins Thursday.
