It's Mixed Doubles Day at the Veolia Cape Coral Open presented by Proton, with action taking place at Lake Kennedy Racquet Center in Cape Coral, FL.

4:35pm ET: Parenteau, Alshon survive wild second game to advance to semis
Catherine Parenteau/Christian Alshon claimed the final spot in the mixed doubles semifinals with an 11-1, 15-13 victory over No. 9 seeds Jade Kawamoto/James Ignatowich.
The No. 3 seeds comfortably took the first game, but Game 2 was a dogfight as Kawamoto/Ignatowich raised their level with some incredible defense.
After overcoming a 7-10 deficit and saving six (!) game points, Alshon/Parenteau closed out the contest to advance in the Sunshine State.
They will face No. 2 seeds Anna Bright/JW Johnson for the chance to compete for gold on Sunday.
3:45pm ET: Johnson, Patriquin overcome test from Pisnik, Daescu
Jorja Johnson/Hayden Patriquin are into the mixed doubles semifinals after a hard-fought 14-12, 11-9 victory over No. 8 seeds Tina Pisnik/Andrei Daescu.
The two teams—who squared off in the final in Daytona Beach back in December—were evenly matched, but the teenage tandem of Johnson/Patriquin proved to be too strong in the tight moments.
They will face top seeds Anna Leigh Waters/Ben Johns for a spot in the final.
2:35pm ET: Waters, Johns send Radzikowska, Emmrich packing
The top-seeded tandem of Anna Leigh Waters/Ben Johns defeated No. 38 Ewa Radzikowska/Martin Emmrich 11-8, 11-3 to beomce the first duo to reach the semifinals.
Waters and Johns will face the winner of the match between No. 4 Jorja Johnson/Hayden Patriquin and No. 8 Tina Pisnik/Andrei Daescu in the next round.
2:25pm ET: Kawamoto, Ignatowich defeat Irvine, Tardio to advance to quarters
No. 9 Jade Kawamoto/James Ignatowich beat No. 7 Jessie Irvine/Gabe Tardio in three games, 5-11, 11-7, 11-3, to advance to the quarterfinals.
Up next for Kawamoto/Ignatowich is a match versus No. 3 Catherine Parenteau/Christian Alshon.
1:55pm ET: Jansen, Frazier building momentum, reach quarters
No. 10 Lea Jansen/Dylan Frazier continue to roll in the Sunshine State.
The tandem advanced to the quarterfinals with an 11-5, 11-1 victory over No. 6 Vivienne David/Federico Staksrud.
A matchup against No. 2 Anna Bright/JW Johnson awaits in the next round.
1:25pm ET: Johnson, Patriquin reach quarters with victory over Fahey, Devilliers
No. 4 Jorja Johnson/Hayden Patriquin eliminated No. 17 Kate Fahey/Jay Devilliers from the mixed doubles bracket with an 11-7, 11-4 victory.
A matchup against No. 8 Tina Pisnik/Andrei Daescu awaits in the quarterfinals.
12:40pm ET: Waters, Johns cruise into quarterfinals
The top-seeded tandem of Anna Leigh Waters/Ben Johns was far too much for No. 14 Jackie Kawamoto/Jaume Martinez Vich to handle.
Waters/Johns secured an 11-6, 11-2 victory in just over 25 minutes to advance to the quarterfinals.
Up next is a match against No. 38 Ewa Radzikowska/Martin Emmrich.
Radzikowska/Emmrich upset No. 23 Callie Smith/Roscoe Bellamy in three games.
12:20pm ET: Jansen, Frazier advance to Round of 16 after three-game contest
No. 10 Lea Jansen/Dylan Frazier were pushed to the proverbial limit by No. 19 Parris Todd/Hunter Johnson, but ultimately emerged victorious in a match that lasted over an hour.
Jansen/Frazier posted an 11-9, 8-11, 12-10 triumph to advance in the bracket.
The pair will face No. 6 Vivienne David/Federico Staksrud in the next round.
12:10pm ET: Truong, Sock outduel Black, Ge in straight games
No. 17 Alix Truong/Jack Sock made relatively easy work of No. 13 Tyra Black/Augie Ge to reach the Round of 16.
Truong/Sock earned an 11-8, 11-5 victory in 35 minutes on Showcase Court 1.
A difficult matchup awaits Truong/Sock later today in No. 2 Anna Bright/JW Johnson.
11:15am ET: Radzikowska, Emmrich stun Rohrabacher, Bar in straight games
Ewa Radzikowska/Martin Emmrich continue to show just how strong they are as a team.
After an impressive run to the Round of 16 in Mesa, they have maintained their momentum in Cape Coral with an 11-5, 11-9 victory over No. 5 seeds Rachel Rohrabacher/Dekel Bar.
Rohrabacher/Bar came all the way back to 9-9 after trailing 1-5 in the second game, but Radzikowska/Emmrich got the serve back and closed out the contest a few moments later.

They will next take on No. 23 seeds Callie Smith/Roscoe Bellamy with a spot in the quarterfinals on the line.
10:40am ET: Esquivel, Brown use late run to down Wang, Tellez
The upsets keep coming in Cape Coral, as Michelle Esquivel/Marshall Brown took down No. 21 seeds Chao Yi (Zoey) Wang/Pablo Tellez 9-11, 11-7, 11-8.
The No. 43 seeds trailed 3-6 when teams switched sides in the deciding game, but they used a five-point run to get a lead that they would hold on to as they closed out the contest.

No. 15 seeds Martina Frantova/Riley Newman await in the Round of 32.
10:05am ET: Kong, Smith battle past Sleeth, Johns in three games
Lingwei Kong and Pat Smith are into the mixed doubles Round of 32 after a 7-11, 11-7, 11-8 victory over No. 24 seeds Layne Sleeth/Collin Johns.
The No. 44 seeds got out to a 6-2 lead in the deciding game and used that advantage to close out the 58-minute contest a few minutes later.

They will face No. 14 seeds Jackie Kawamoto/Jaume Martinez Vich next.
9:55am ET: Walker, Deakin down DiMuzio, Duong in straight games
Alex Walker/Steve Deakin defeated No. 25 seeds Victoria DiMuzio/Quang Duong 11-7, 11-8 to advance to the Round of 32.
'Team Canada' will next take on No. 6 seeds Vivienne David/Federico Staksrud as they look to make it to the Round of 16 in Cape Coral.
8:55am ET: Mixed doubles qualifiers set
Here are the seven teams who fought through the mixed doubles qualifying rounds on Wednesday and who they'll play in the Round of 64:
- Riley Bohnert/Richard Livornese Jr. will play No. 8 seeds Tina Pisnik/Andrei Daescu.
- Bobbi Oshiro/Randy Blanco will play No. 7 seeds Jessie Irvine/Gabe Tardio.
