Men's Singles
- Gabe Joseph, Tyler Loong, and Ryan Sherry advanced with tightly contested three-game victories. Loong defeated No. 37 seed Spartak Rahachou 7-11, 11-9, 11-8 and will next face No. 6 seed Tyson McGuffin; Sherry beat No. 35 seed Anderson Scarpa 5-11, 11-3, 11-5 and will take on No. 3 seed Hunter Johnson; and Joseph escaped an upset bid from No. 52 seed Farzin Amiri by a 10-12, 11-4, 12-10 score line to set up a clash against Cason Campbell.
- 16-year-old John Goins booked his spot in the Round of 32 with an 11-6, 13-11 victory over No. 15 seed Yates Johnson. The No. 51 seed will take on No. 24 seed Noe Khlif with a spot in the Round of 16 on the line.
- Qualifier Adam Harvey outdueled No. 16 seed Rafa Hewett by a 12-10, 4-11, 11-8 score line. Harvey—who earned his first career PPA medal with a bronze in Milwaukee in November—will face fellow qualifier Zane Ford in the Round of 32.
- Callan Dawson withdrew from singles due to a back injury, sending Cason Campbell through to the Round of 32. Campbell will face No. 14 seed Gabe Joseph next.
- Gabe Tardio withdrew from singles due to illness, sending Pesa Teoni through to the Round of 32. Teoni will face top-seed Federico Staksrud next.
Mixed Doubles
- No. 15 seeds Lauren Stratman/Julian Arnold came through one of the most hotly contested matches of the day with a 7-11, 13-11, 11-8 victory over No. 49 seeds Judit Castillo/Brandon French. The match was filled with impressive defensive displays on the side of their opponents, especially from French, but Stratman/Arnold pulled away late in the final game to start off their 2025 campaign victoriously. They will face No. 48 seeds Christa Gecheva/Collin Johns—who beat Alix Truong/Roscoe Bellamy in three games earlier in the day--for a spot in the Round of 16.
- The pairings of Meghan Dizon/AJ Koller and Layne Sleeth/Travis Rettenmaier advanced to the Round of 32 with three-game victories. Dizon/Koller battled past Dominique Schaefer/Zane Ford 9-11, 11-9, 11-5 to set a clash against No. 20 seeds Genie Bouchard/Jack Sock. Sleeth/Rettenmaier followed suit and defeated Pierina Imparato/Ivan Jakovljevic by a 3-11, 11-4, 11-8 score line to set a matchup against No. 5 seeds Rachel Rohrabacher/James Ignatowich.
- Connor Garnett withdrew from mixed doubles due to an illness, which means that he and Kate Fahey will not have a chance to compete together this week. As a result, Vivian Glozman/Riley Newman will advance to the Round of 32 where they will face either Callie Smith/Jay Devilliers or Leah Tauber/DJ Young.
Men's Doubles
- Qualifying pairs Chiron Burl/Jericho Grollman and Adam Harvey/Samuel Lee continued their success in Palm Springs with victories in the Round of 64. Burl/Grollman took down No. 17 seeds Pesa Teoni/Craig Johnson by a 6-11, 11-6, 11-3 score line to set a Round of 32 clash against No. 10 seeds James Ignatowich/CJ Klinger. Harvey/Lee found similar success in their 11-5, 11-0 rout of No. 26 seeds Eric Roddy/Steve Deakin. They will take on the first-time partnership of Quang Duong/Matt Wright on Wednesday.
- Greg Dow withdrew from men's doubles with a back injury, which means that he and Anderson Scarpa will not have a chance to compete together this week. As a result, No. 39 seeds Bryce Larson/Clayton Boydston will advance to the Round of 32 where they will face No. 5 seeds Dekel Bar/Tyson McGuffin.
